Title: Missouri Corn and Pepper Relish > New York Times

Yield: 5 Servings

18 Ears corn, cut off the cob
  (14-15 c of kernels)
1 Hd cabbage, small, cored and ground
6 Onions, ground
3 Red bell peppers, cored,
  Seeded, chopped fine
3 Green bell peppers, cored,
  Seeded, chopped fine
1tbCrushed hot red pepper
2tsCelery seed
1tbMustard seed
8cCider vinegar
1/4cSalt
2cSugar

Combine all ingredients in a big kettle and bring to a boil. Simmer 35 min. Put up in sterilized jars and store in a cool, dark, dry place.
